Took car in for engine management light, told it required new sensor. Lots of faff and mis-communication later no further fwd, took it to another garage, Who repaired a faulty wire in less than an hour(i would of thought this would be checked before advising parts). Whereas this place the bill was running into £100's and amount of time lost was unreal. Avoid oh and one of the mechanics nearly drove into me coming into the estate on another occasion.

Took my car in for an MOT few months ago. They charged me £200 for sill repairs on both sides at the back section of the side-skirts. The welds they left me with were AWEFUL! On each side 2 long blobby welds which hadn't been gridded down or protected with under-seal. Less than a month later they had already started to rust again!! Had to take the job into my own hands to finish the job grinding down their weld and under-sealing it. Furthermore the receptionist was very rude. Not impressed, i wouldn't let them mot a pushbike.
