Went to the optometrist due to new floaters in one eye. Got an appointment the same day at Simon Kleyn and had an extremely professional examination which included the impressive optomap camera. After discussion and a follow-up appointment a week later all was deemed ok and thankfully no further action is required. I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism at this practice, and all on the NHS. Will definitely use them again. Many thanks.

I went to Simon as I got a metal splinter in my eye. (Occupational Hazard) Simon saw me the same day, the staff were extremely friendly, and Simon was well adverse at calmly and clearly explaining the situation. I am lucky in that I am not too bothered by someone digging something out of my eye, but it was clear to see that Simon is well skilled not only in his profession but extremely skilled in keeping people calm and clearly explain what has happened and what he proposes to do to resolve the situation, so there were no surprises. He even followed up personally the following day to see how my eye was healing which Is something I have never experienced and meant a lot to me. Whilst I hope I never get a piece of metal in my eye again, if and when I do, I will not hesitate and go straight to Simon.

Simon was brilliant and explained and diagnosed my eye problem and referred me to the Eye hospital (who managed to fit me in for an emergency appointment the next morning).
