Reception staff really friendly and helpful with any enquiries, when it came to having my horses teeth done Simon was extremely professional and explained everything in detail so I could understand. Can’t recommend the practice enough and will always use the practice for my horse.

All this practise think about is the pound signs not the animals welfare had vet out 3 times asked for a different vet the 2nd time then got the same vet so 2 big bills 3rd time different vet basically tells me wasted my money and my horse needs emergency treatment and sent me to leehurst rather than telling me this in the first place thinking about what money you can make think about the animal absolute joke I would not recommend I heard story's before but though they wasn't true now it has confirmed

Terrible service from this equine veterinary practice. Unprofessional and not knowledgable at all. All they are interested in is taking your money. Issues with poor advice, administration and care so have been using others practices and vets who actually care and know what they are doing

This Vet practice should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves and they way they conduct their business with what appears to be zero interest in putting the horse's welfare before money. I've a friend that has recently had the most awful experience with this practice. The Vets that have turned out have been terrible and scared of the horses they are meant to be treating which I have witnessed. If you are scared of horses then you should not be involved in Equine veterinary. They have messed them around and have no idea what they were meant to be treating. Subsequently they contacted a different practice who was able to diagnose immediately. I've recently had my horse treated with a far more serious conduction from a different practice and this was done in a fraction of the time. I would think very seriously before considering using this practice as there are fare better options with service that puts your horse's interest and welfare first.

This Equine Vets keeps trying to get my review removed and has done so twice so far which sais a lot about this practice rather than trying to deal with the issue so I will keep posting again and again. From personal experience they are more interested in taking your money than providing the correct welfare for your horse. They are grossly incompetent and after nearly 3 months of waiting for them to sort out my insurance claim, it is still ongoing and the insurance company are constantly chasing them as I am with little success and they blame everyone but themselves to sort out what should be a really simple solution. I will be passing this over to a competent Equine Vet to deal with; which I have already spoken to and they have provided great service and the correct resolution without going to the extent of causing my horse undue stress. This Vet wanted to put my horse under a general anesthetic without pre-approval from the insurance company and if they they refused then I would have been hit with a bill for thousands of pounds and it turns out this was a completely unnecessary procedure which I come back to again is putting money before welfare. This was a a good Equine Vet Practice a couple of years ago, but is a shadow of the practice it once was as they just do not care anymore. If you are thinking of using this practice, think very carefully before you let these people treat your horse as there are far better options. Update From Reply by Simon Constable Equine Vets Firstly, you have tried to remove the review but will continue to update. Let's be clear, this experience is with this practice so please do not try to claim it is not, you need to take some personal ownership and responsibility of your appalling service and of course you will not be able to find my name under Burbs you bunch of imbeciles, it's not my full surname. We have tried contacting the practice numerous times and told all sorts of excuses like there was power cut or you can;t access the records and the promise that someone would call back and the call back never happens. You try to apply late payment charges even though you never send out a detailed bill or reply. You can't even liaise with the insurance company correctly and have been directly responsible for an insurance claim taking over 3 months to be approved due to the incompetence of the company. Needless to say, given the awful experience we have been through, we may well charge you for the wasted time and poor service received.
