They were very organised and efficient, and the personal touches they applied to everything were just incredible. I was kept informed throughout and the communication was excellent. We instructed Simon on our sale after our experience dealing with Simon as buyers. Estate Agents need to act in the best interests of the seller, but that means looking after buyers. We also had some requirements specific to our sale, which Simon handled just as we wished. We felt he was realistic, straight-forward and reassuring. We ended up selling to a lovely family and they told me they felt the same way about how they had been treated.

Sold! Actually sold. Not an under valued drawn out, pulled at the last minute offer. Not open market or we sell off market or any other marketing spin. If you want to sell your house the team at Simon Burt and most definitely Simon himself get the job done. Forget the online agents, the 0.5% to 1% fees etc. like almost everything in life you get what you pay for. If you’re reading this wondering if Simon and the team are worth it. They are. No question. I would actively avoid. The sales progresser is unable to ‘progress’ anything it appears. She is not good at answering or returning calls. However, she is very good at writing rude/derogatory emails. There is definitely a need for training. So in summary, unprofessional; rude and incompetent.
