I have been renting for 10 years and not once have I ever missed a rent payment to any Landord. I put a holding deposit of £461 on a house and commenced referencing, my landlords ref great, my wife passed all and in fact had been a tenant via simmons estates before so we are known to them. Hoeever as I have niotdone my self assessment for this year I provided 6 months bank sttements showing more inxoms than they needed and an explanation of it all and asked James to pass this i formation onto the Landlord for him to decide. James.ewfused and said I have failed ref and took my £461 deposit, I will be taking this to trading standards andtheirheonbudsman , be aware and avoid at all costs
