Worst customer service ever! I’ve had multiple issues and they’re so rude over the phone. The food takes hours to come and if you raise a concern they speak to you so unprofessionally!

Haven’t been here for a while ordered when I arrived home there was no Nan bread the chips were absolutely disgusting. The chicken did not taste like chicken the whole meal went in the bin will not be going back in a hurry

SIMLA never fails me. Impeccable food, reasonable portion sizes and always quick. They have upped their prices and stopped the 15% reduction if you collect for cash, which is dissappinting. Probably cheaper to order through UBER EATS with a discount code. All in all, good service and tasty food, however will get delivered next time. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian starter mix (samosas, bhaji, pakora)

The most dreadful dreadful service 2 hours 15 minutes the gentleman told us an hour after order it was on its way 5 minutes then another hour & a half Avoid Avoid at all costs if you want a service that you pay for Ali told us too continue too the shop for a refund then turned the situation on too the order company so has completely destroyed our evening by not being truthful twice again 2 hours 15 minutes & too be told 5 minutes an hour in too the wait extremely dishonest disrespectful disappointing service & obviously one knows there is something a miss when they will not give you the name of the owner
