I bought a double Simba Sleep mattress in 2021, after 2 years it started to dip on both sides, with having a ten year warranty guarantee I contacted Simba Sleep for a replacement, the reply came back for photo evidence only to find that I had the wrong type base which was the cause of the dipping, customer service came back and said if I was to put hardboard on top of the base they would replace the mattress for free under the warranty I cannot thank Simba Sleep customer service enough for their kind gesture.
