Traditional Shotokan karate, weapons training, self-defense techniques, endurance exercises, Kumite fighting. in May, when the weather is better and the sun is shining, classes can be held outside.

In my opinion the only karate club in Bracknell!! The sensei's are amazing and patient and their teaching is second to none. I also highly recommend their children's special needs classes with sensei Gillian. Been with them over 3 years and will continue to stay with them.
