    ■ THERE IS NO A&E at the Silverthorn Medical Centre ■ 🏥The nearest A&E dept is at the Whipps Cross University Hospital! what3words location local.pound.impose ● The Silverthorn is a local hospital / medical centre. It deals with consultant referrals, tests, GP services, etc. The Silverthorn has a small carpark. #Watch out for traffic warden's they are very active around the Silverthorn Centre, # parking across dropped kerbs is a definite no no! what3words location soda.editor.closer ● BLOOD TEST CENTRE ● The blood test centre is to the rear of the building and is fast and efficient with friendly staff. ● Pre-booked appointments are the best, although they do try to help those without them, but you may be disappointed.     Never book a blood test here. Due to traffic I was 10 minutes late and by then (even though it wasn’t closing time yet) i was told that the phlebotomist had clocked out so now I have to wait another month just for a blood test. I had even called the practice 5 times to inform them I was going to be late but NO ONE responded. Moreover, the receptionist who told me I was late was being so pretentious and rude about it like it was my fault the phlebotomist clocked out early. For Gods sake it’s a blood test it’ll take 5 minutes, it’s not my fault your “doctors” clock out early. So unprofessional… it’s disgusting.

    Very horrible experience-had a very unfriendly nurse and not only that but she hit a nerve in my arm whilst taking my blood, no apology and I am still in pain weeks later - will never go there again !
