Been unable to get any medical help for over two weeks. After phone consultation with a nurse practitioners was given a course of antibiotics told to contact again if did not work. Which I tried to do not knowing at the time she was only part time and when I asked the medical supervisor to see another member of the team as I needed medical help was told to go home and wait till she returned to work this practice is totally unprofessional unprofessional.and

Can't complain. Moved away now so at another practice but Silverdale was fine whilst living in Swinton. It's impersonal though but that didn't bother me too much as I don't need a lot of care.

We joined the practice just over a year ago and I have some complex health issues and I have never felt more cared about, all the staff are so friendly and polite, the doctors never rush you, would highly recommend! Also Sharon in the pharmacy is always so helpful and friendly.

Went to pick my dads prescription up today! He rang up early afternoon for it to be signed off by a doctor!l and told it would be ready in the afternoon! I went to collect at 5:00pm, only to hear the ‘back room’ staff slag me off for turning up at 5pm! Sorry but this should have been ready at the chemist by now! I had my rant at the poor receptionist, how rude to speak about patients like this!! And for the patient to hear as well 😡! Can’t fault the chemist at all! Big shout out to Sharon who goes over and above to help everyone out! 🙌🏼
