Great customer service and helpful staff. We purchased a bathroom product which cracked after 11 months of use. I called and was asked to submit photographs and within 2 days they informed me that a replacement was on its way. Excellent service and the 2 other identical bathroom products purchased at the same time are perfect. Must have been a faulty item, which they dealt with immediately. Would definitely recommend.
