  We deliberated as to moving house or staying, on deciding to stay a new kitchen was top of list . We did copious amounts of research local builder quote another kitchen company and Silver brow . So why did we choose Silver brow ? The decision was based on detailed costings and Jakes design ear for what we needed . We wanted a kitchen to cook in not a show kitchen . Space for equipment and light and airy with modern twist . We were delighted with the results the work schedule worked like clockwork . Each stage the guys knew their business were professional and timely in execution their stage of the process . Vicky keeps you in the loop and her communication regarding plans and dates is admirable. The fitter Tom is a true craftsman and attention to detail was magnificent. Floors plastering electrical work and equipment all installed correctly. I have no hesitation in recommending Silver Brow and James and Jake as your first port of call to create a kitchen that meets your needs and budget .

  We had a beautiful kitchen installed by Silverbrow a year ago. They really impressed us with their fabulous customer service...and they have continued to do so with their after sales support. The great cookery demonstrations laid on by them periodically to ensure the most is being made of the chosen appliances and their features have been both helpful and very enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this brilliant and genuine company.

  We ordered a kitchen from Silverbrow back in January. We popped in with an idea of what we wanted and working with James and Jake they brought our ideas to life. When we decided to change the design last minute before we proceeded they quickly revised the design. Once the order had been placed the excellent service continued. From the site visits to check the design was correct, the removal of the old kitchen to the install of the new and everything in between, they provided an excellent service and nothing was too much trouble. Any additional changes around electrics and plumbing was easily agreed at one of the numerous site visits or during the installation. I would 100% recommend Silverbrow for anyone in the local area considering a new kitchen.

  Short and sweet review: Outstanding service and Quality! Long Winded review: The people at Silverbrow were an absolute pleasure to work with, from the initial designing with Jake, measurements and logistics with Jez, installed by Nick and Tom, and all overseen and organised by Vicky and James. The whole team all played their parts perfectly, and provided a service that was well orchestrated and delivered from beginning to end. Best of all? They were in constant communication every step of the way and I was never left feeling like I had to chase them, which in my opinion is what separates good customer service and excellent customer service. If anything, I miss my daily chats with Vicky at this point 😂 If you want a bespoke kitchen, you’d be a fool not to meet with Silverbrow. We will be using them again as soon as we have an excuse!

  It would not have been possible for Silverbrow to have looked after us any better than they did. From the moment we first walked into the showroom, to the very last plinth being installed, Silverbrow were absolutely brilliant. During the design phase we had a highly constructive dialogue, we felt able to understand all the options without being over or undersold anything, and the showroom gave us a helpful insight into what would work for us. The kitchen was delivered rapidly after the order was placed, and Silverbrow's team of tradespeople were on time, professional, diligent and trustworthy. Silverbrow's project management of the installation was truly excellent; when challenges emerged they were dealt with expertly, and we had a working new kitchen, despite the challenges (none of which were Silverbrow's making), less than two weeks after the previous kitchen had been removed. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen, it is very high quality, has totally transformed that part of our house and is a pleasure to be in, and this was achieved with almost no stress as far as we were concerned - Silverbrow had everything covered. The value added by Silverbrow managing the installation is hard to overstate. Many thanks to the whole team; we are absolutely delighted, and cannot recommend Silverbrow highly enough.

  We had a beautiful kitchen installed recently by Silverbrow. They were so attentive during every phase of the project, from helping us get the most from our budget, to helping us find builders when ours let us down and even advising us on other mini projects not related to the original kitchen! The kitchen itself is very good quality and is well finished throughout. Appliances are also all good quality from high marque brands, and very reasonably priced.

  Despite the challenges of the pandemic and the resultant substantial disruption to the appliance supply chain, James and his team managed to work wonders and deliver a kitchen and utility room that we're absolutely thrilled with. From the initial survey and design, complete with really helpful visualisations, right through to the installation, the focus on our requirements and satisfaction remained paramount. Silverbrow's own co-ordination of the numerous contractors under their wing was one of the reasons we went with them. This aspect of their service proved to be hugely reassuring, as did their frequent communication and excellent project management. Their guidance and expertise on appliances was invaluable, especially given the vast number of similar products on the market. As a result of our experience of their work and professionalism we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Silverbrow.
