I’m was working in Cannock booked this place because it looked nice paid for it through booking .com arrived at site to be met by a very rude man asking what I was doing here I said booking in he rudely replied not here we don’t take builders???so now I’ve wasted 40 pound on frozen food and had to book a premier inn give this place a miss ,does not say anything on booking .com about not taking builders and it doesn’t say it on the silver tress main site,absolutely fuming 😡

We stayed in silver trees cottage, everything was absolutely great. Very clean and well kept inside and out. Undercover outdoor sauna, hot tub and seating area is a wonderful end to the day that we will miss greatly. Very homely feel inside the house, really nice suite in the lounge. Great little snug room for a bit of peace and quiet. The owners are to be commended for how well they keep the cottage and indeed the rest of the site.
