Great Breathwork course from Zoe @ Silver Spiral. Held at the serene and inviting Tiptree yoga studio, on a sunny Sunday. Lovely sized group of five - good instruction on breathing techniques. Time to break and get to know the others in the group. We finished with a live demo from Zoe on the use of a Neti pot in our morning routines. As an asthmatic, I found the Breathwork and Neti pot demo incredibly useful. A fabulous delivery on the uncomfortable subject of snot & mucus! Lots of chat, laughter & fun. Well done Zoe! Xx

Completed my Reiki 1 course with Zoe smith at silver spiral through reiki revolution. Wow what a great day. Zoe is so passionate about her love of Reiki and is super knowledgeable about the practice. Her lessons were well paced with lots of hands on practical work. Zoe is very calm and warm and makes you feel very at ease. Her studio is lovely and smells great - we even got a goodie bag of Neals yard samples which was a lovely touch.
