I’ve been in a few times to buy jewellery and staff never seem very friendly. Last week I went in, the person serving me was friendly enough. However, my nose has been pierced for nearly ten years (I have many piercings and never find them too painful), and it was extremely painful, the piercings hadn’t only been out for 2 days. My nose was swollen for a few days and is still quite painful now. No reassurance or knowledge was given. Just all seems a bit unprofessional and diy, rude and unwelcoming staff do not help. Wanted my rook piercing. Was nervous to go in any piercing shop as I've done my others myself. Had been somewhere else first to ask but they were overpriced and a bit rude. Went into Silver lining just to see if they were nicer and they were, very patient listening and answering any questions I had. Felt at ease when they were doing it and after as well. Wonderful place, Willow was a wonderful piercer (raise when?). Would recommend to only go here if you specify you want your lobes pierced with needles and ask for the proper, internally threaded jewellery.
