    I'd only recommend Silver Lining as an absolute last resort. When I first started using their services five years ago they were very good, if a little on the expensive side. Over the last two years reliability has taken a turn for the worst. But what is a real kick in the teeth is the lacklustre approach to faults. I've had an open fault ticket for the past few weeks, but there has been little interest or progress at getting to the bottom of things. I'm considering options for another ISP, because for business use, Silver Lining just aren't up to it.
