The best! I was referred to Elle by a spine specialist as I had a bulging disc and in quite a bit of pain. Having had a disc issue before, which needed surgery, I was convinced this would need surgery again. But Elle fixed the issue! Elle is the best physical therapist I have seen; not only is she very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions about the body and what might be going on, but she has an amazing ability to keep you feeling mentally positive - I always feel better both physically and mentally following treatment from Elle. I highly recommend Elle and I won't go anywhere else if I need any physio treatment in future.

I have been running for 3-4 years but last year i was hindered by an achilles problem as well as an issue with my hip. Both on the right side. I initially chose to book an appointment with Elle as i noticed she was a runner herself so would maybe understand my condition better. After my initial consultation, Elle was able to diagnose and then get to work on a course of treatment to get me back running again. She was able to treatment both conditions with a combination of clinic sessions and exercises at home. I can now safely say that since the course of treatment finished i have been injury free and running 4 times a week without issues. I highly recommend making an appointment with Elle.

I have been seeing Elle for the last few weeks for lower back pain and her treatment and the exercises she gave me have made a huge difference. Before, I could hardly do anything. Cooking and cleaning were pretty much impossible and I couldn't even step into the bath to get a shower as I couldn't lift my leg high enough. After my last session today, I am now moving about with no discomfort. As others have noted in their reviews, Elle is a lovely person with a genuine caring approach with her patients. If you are looking for a physiotherapist in the Winchester area, I highly recommend Silver Fern.

Over recent months I have had cause to visit Elle for treatments for knee, arm, neck and hip problems and can only praise her skill and professionalism as one by one she has rid me of the pain these various complaints have been causing me. Especially the hip pain which I had convinced myself was evidence that at some time in the future I would be needing replacement surgery. But Elle with her excellent diagnostic skills soon put this dread to bed and after a few treatments I am now pain free. I can thoroughly recommend Elle at Silver Fern. She has a delightful personality and a caring attitude towards her patients.

So far, I have only been twice. I found Elle very professional and knowledgeable in her approach to my considerable problems - the first treatment brought me instant relief, I came away, walking on air, I wanted to cry from sheer relief of being pain free. The second treatment took a step further to improving the difficulties. Elle made me feel very welcome which straight away put me at ease and gave me encouragement to talk about problems. I feel confident that I will further progress with more treatments. I would certainly recommend Silver Fern.
