Have been so pleased with the doctors surgery in recent months until today. Doctor was so unprofessional slopping about in her slippers. Her room was hotter than the sun with a heater going full blast but still the window was wide open (thought NHS was short of money!) I had to fight to get a word in edgeways to say what was wrong with me. she talked over my husband and I, repeatedly asked why I was taking a specific medication. Perhaps if you read some of my notes she may know that!! I was just passing on a message from the hospital but she had to interrupt and keep saying your scan will cover that, your scan will cover that. Bet I get my scan appointment and they will only scan my stomach area not my upper abdomen! I was feeling so ill and her uncaring attitude after 4weeks of illness virtually reduced me to tears. Laughing at me was pretty out of order too! I should have just walked out (couldn't anyway as she had looked the door!)

Awful surgery. Phoned everyday at 8am for a week and could not get an appointment for my Daughter. She ended up in hospital which could of been avoided if she see a doctor sooner. Infact the receptionist tells you to go to A&E (no wonder it's always so busy) Also the lady that does the prescriptions is so unhelpful and rude. I am not sure she understands the importance of medication, its not something you can just go without until you wait for them to buck their ideas up!!!

Useless surgery. Can't get hold of a doctor for 4 days with bad asthma and a lung infection I have had for 4 weeks. Would give 0 stars if it was an option

I have been with this surgery for over a year now and I have not had any issues. Yes they are a busy surgery but if I call at 8am as you are supposed to do with all surgeries I have never not got an appointment for that day whether it be in person or telephone appointment. When forward booking an appointment there is a little bit of a wait but I have experienced that in all surgeries and if it isn’t an emergency I just plan my appointments better knowing this is going to be the case. The reception staff I have dealt with are all friendly and the doctors and nurses I have seen are good. Reading the reviews when I needed to move surgeries made me a bit anxious but I have been pleasantly surprised.

Very poor. Very surprised that the Care Quality Commission allow this Surgury to continue to operate normally. If you can get them to answer the phone they will make a mistake at some point from failing to request the correct blood test to giving the most outlandish advice! Incompetence seems to be their mantra. Astonishingly bad.

I found the receptionist very unhelpful when I tried to get my mothers prescription as she needed some of her tablets urgently saying she has done her bit not even try to get the doctor to sign a emergency prescription as she only wants to press a button what happened to good patient service this is not first time they have been unhelpful
