We had some time to kill before a show so we thought we’d grab something to eat here. We order an appetizer and main course. We weren’t really feeling the appetizer, nothing wrong with it, but we were kind of just picking at it. During this time we asked several times for our main dish and they kept saying it would be right out. After about an hour, we needed to leave, so we asked for a refund on our main course since we never got it. At this point we got berated by a server and and a manager that we needed to finish our appetizer before we get our main dish. That would be fine, but we asked about 5 times and no one told us this. They ended up refunding the food we didn’t get, but it wasted our time and we left hungry. Never imagined as an adult I would have to “clean my plate” in a restaurant before being able to get the rest of my food.

Abysmally slow service. My wife and I walked out (after paying for our meal upfront) so we would so we would get to our show by curtain time. The sole server I saw seemed incapable of carrying more plate at a time to other tables. A model of inefficiency for a busy Friday night.
