    Exceptionally poor product and service! Ordered a toddler car seat foolishly thinking SilverCross is a luxury brand (cost was over double the average prices). Product took ages to arrive and eventually was delivered in an open and broken box, looking like a second hard order. The delivery person argued with me because β€˜it was only the box’. I could see insight the product was not brand new! I returned it and was told returns take 10 working days! Shockingly poor product and service from a brand claiming to be premium. Stay away would be my advise!

    Having purchased the new reef bundle I am dissapointed and frustrated to say the least .The carry cot locking mechanism will not lock into place.and it continuously collapses into itself Having contacted silvercross direct i was told it needs to be done with more force.Both myself and three other able bodied grown men have tried to do so to no avail . After sending two emails and a video clip with no reply. I had to phone again and ask "whats going on?"as we both desperately want to take our newborn out and about .They have agreed to replace the item ( almost under duress) 5 days expected delivery for the new carrycot to arrive! Given the fact that silvercross is supposed to be top of the range and certainly not cheap. I am left feeling somewhat confused. This is definitely not what i would expect from a leading brand

    I purchased a brand new Kensington pram before Christmas and so far they have only delivered a chassis. I've called numerous times to chase the body, but 2 weeks after the chassis was delivered they still haven't shipped the body. It's very disheartening and no one at Silvercross appears to care. Very disappointed and on the verge of sending the chassis back and getting a refund.

    Faultless service! Repaired my stroller collected by dpd Wednesday afternoon delivered back to me Friday morning quick to get through on phone and very helpful..even replaced my lost cup holder which I stupidly left on the pram very happy πŸ‘πŸ˜Š

    3d travel system is a bag of nails. dangerous. repaired and replaced on many occasions and still the same problems. customer services about as useful as their product too. Very disappointed considering they are such a big name in baby products. Their customer service representatives are not in the slightest bothered about the safety of children!!!!!
