There was no option for no stars or this would have been my preference. This is the worst company through my renovation project we were unfortunate enough to deal with. The flooring was months late and when it did arrive it was not what we ordered. It was taken away and we awaited for the correct flooring to arrive. Unfortunately when it arrived it was wrong again and this time it was also faulty, as it hadn’t been finished correctly and the surface was peeling off under our fitters finger nails. We were foolish enough due to project timings and the arrival of a new kitchen to accept this, on the promise of it being refinished on site to a perfect standard. We also took a darker finish than we had ordered. I have to point out for clarity and transparency, at this point, that we agreed a small final balance would be waived. Oh how I wish we’d sent it back and taken a refund. The floor has never been refinished and has deteriorated. The video is now 18 weeks after installation. Silvan have refused to come back and have been positively rude. We have now employed a third party at the cost of £4,000 to come and refinish and seal on site. Please if you’re considering a Silvan Floor ….look elsewhere

20 WEEKS after order and floors were not delivered. Tens of different excuses and promises, every week would be “next week, the lorry has left the factory, it is on its way” etc etc. Plenty of other good suppliers, protect your project timeline by choosing someone more reliable.
