I spent well over £2,000 with this company. The staff are rude and arrogant and the "Premium" timber Red Cedar Batten isn't very good from them. Plenty of defects and even after spending all of that money with them they came up with petty reasons not to exchange some of it so that I could complete my job. As a qualified joiner I would highly recommend to stay away from this company.

I asked for 8ft lengths but they said they only had 16 ft so inhaled could they cut them for me so I could get them in the car - they said they did not provide a cutting service - cutting a piece of wood in half Ended up getting the wood from a firm in London who were a similar price and sent them in the post free - given that my order was over £900 !!! - you would think Silva could have been more accommodating

Great company to work with. They were really helpful on our recent property refurbishment with advice on material and finish. Samples were readily sent out and the team in the showroom near Heathrow were knowledgeable and extremely helpful to. Great product range and competitively priced. Ordered wood stain (£125) received reasonably promptly. Ordered again and received wood stain. Unfortunately wrong stain was sent by Silva. Contacted Silva for a refund. I was refused refund until wrong stain was returned. Silva organised return. Stain returned and no refund two weeks later. Still waiting for refund after chasing up, now into week three. Good products although expensive. If something goes wrong be prepared to push hard to get a solution.

Not very happy at all! After placing my order on the 26th of June, I was told that because of covid19 it would take 4to 5 weeks for my order to be received. After 7 weeks then 9 then 12 and so on I was always reassured that the wood was on its way....... guess what, I’ve received it on the 2nd of November! Due to this delay my bike was stolen as it was on full display as the wood to build the fence didn’t arrive intime. Very angry and disappointed.
