I’ve used Silva Star events for various things over the years but just recently I ordered a Flower Wall and Blossom Tree for a memorial table. Dannielle took care of everything. I told her the venue place, date and time and she liaised with them directly about set up. I have always found her to be punctual, professional and her set ups are of a high quality most importantly. Never disappointed using this company, thank you for adding a pretty touch to a sad day x

I have never had a service as terrible as this. I should not have ignored the alarms right from the beginning when it took me countless messages via every platform to confirm my booking, then again to pay them there deposit. So not a great start. I booked the movie experience igloo which on there instagram page at the time of booking ONLY showed a clear cover. The booking was for a weekend, I needed it from Saturday but the agreement was that it would be installed on Friday at 10.30am snd taken back Sunday afternoon.i got a message on the day saying 1 member of staff had COVID and she would try her best. I got a message a few hours later asking is there anyone who can help with the cover, I said my son, when she arrived she said she bought a different cover as she could not put on the other one by herself, the cover was a mesh cover that was nothing like the igloo. I pointed it out straight away and that point an apology would have been OK but all I got was excuses. I left it as I had little choice and asked for a reduction I price, the sofas were also dirty and there was another massive problem which I am not going to include as out of fairness they are getting it checked out. This ruined my experience of an igloo. I told her it looks like a gazebo cover. She said she would talk to her partner and they offered me £50 discount telling me this cover was thesa me price as the clear igloo cover...point is IT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!!!!! STILL NO APOLOGY and they have turned commenting off son there instagram so I can not comment. Its disgusting behaviour from a company and they still can not accept that I did not order that, instead I got told that I never clarified I want a clear cover, she knows that's what I wanted and as I have stated that's all there was on there instagram. She has friends in the reality series and doesn't give a damn about normal people. I can bet my life they would never get the dirty sofas I got or any of the other issues. Never ever use this company, I am not letting this go now as it is not about the money but they are trying to deflect everything off themselves.

Booked a LOL party with Silva Star events for my daughters 5th birthday party. The entertainer arrived to set up the flower wall with someone else. She didn’t have a clue how to set it up and she told me she was sorry as she had never done it before. The bouncy castle was supposed to arrive and be set up 1/2 hour before party he arrived 15mins before party but would not put up bouncy castle until Silva star paid him. I paid silva star 6 weeks prior to party and she didn’t pay the bouncy castle till the party. Children had arrived but the msn still wouldn’t put up the bouncy castle until Danielle from Silva star paid him so I had children waiting. Also the lady that was sent from silva star was supposed to play games with the children and organise them instead she said to me sorry she had never done this before and I don’t really know what I’m doing. Then the girls who were supposed to dress up as the LoL mascots were late when they were finally there they just stood there waving at the children. All there hair was showing and the children could see it and were saying they were just people in there dressed up. These were 4/5 year old. In the end the children got bored and just wanted to play on the bouncy castle. They were totally unprepared for the party. They didn’t bring anything to play music on. It was a total disaster. Please be careful when booking with Silva Star Events.
