So they have been out twice to look at shed doors lost two days money waiting for them and say they just taking pictures but don’t repair them have to make a complaint to get anything done got to wait them to fix the gutters but I bet they don’t do anything so the same man came out today that came out yesterday to look at the gutters what is going on with silva home’s don’t know how to pick up the phone and speak to there tenants they told me on the phone that it will be different people that will come out for the two jobs but as I said it was the same person why lair they have go way down what a joke

Hello everybody. Firstly I would like to point out, I have never complained about anything before. I like in a small block of 6 flats in Woodmere, Harman's Water. We all take great care and pride where we live. Never caused any problems all the yes we have lived there. Recently we have been receiving threatening letters from Silva home, telling us we have to remove certain items from the drying area. Example a small table and chairs where we use to sit in the evening and a small lawnmower. They say these are a fire risk! How I really don't know. There are two huge folding clothes dryers already out there. My issue is I bought the mower out of my ow I have already cut it three times this year already. Now there going to remove it aNond charge me for the privilege of doing so. They nevn money to cut the grass as Silva neothered! I'm upset because we pay a monthly fee to have it cut.

Total lack of compassion for their residents and legal responsibilty: Landlords are responsible for providing access to a reliable source of heat and hot water at all times. Rented properties must have a functioning boiler (gas, electric or other) for heating water, and any central heating system, radiators or electric heaters should also be maintained in working order throughout a tenancy to avoid legal risks. There is NOTHING in this which says winter ends at the end of March and having to wait nearly 5 weeks to repair a reported system failure.

Better than a private landlord cant complain much after a year. Update: after 3 years, There out of hours service has become a joke but everything else has been ok.

I moved into a Silva Homes property six months ago and have reported quite a few repairs (including a full boiler replacement, no hot water/heating etc). I have always called and spoken with really friendly and helpful people. My repairs have been dealt with well.
