I have wanted a water softener for many years and a new bathroom prompted the purchase. I wanted a local company so I invited two in to quote. Both quotes were about the same and we chose Richard. The experience was good from beginning to end. It’s a family business so everyone is invested and we are delighted with the water softener, and thrilled with the increased water pressure. It's easy to give a perfect score but I feel Richard deserves more. Richard installed a water softener and a filter unit at my residence. I had a no. of quotes from different companies (including the big brands Harveys and Kinetico) and Richard provided me with a price that required no bargaining / haggling! That was a refreshing change. There were no unnecessary sales pitches; just a very informative chat about what I could expect from his work / installation. On installation day, he did more than what I expected by consolidating all pipework instead of 'slotting in' the unit. I now have a very tidy undersink cupboard where i can slot in a shelf to increase storage space from when i started! In short a pleasure to do business with and am a very satisfied customer....
