I was in this store when a young lady came in with an item which she bought damaged. The guy in the store got upset and said she should have checked before she bought it. Problem is the item was a huge bedspread in a bag so checking in store wasn't quite practical (in my opinion). His attitude towards the customer made me so uncomfortable that I left the store. I don't think I'd ever shop with them again.
