After 2 days training with Stacy, I can not recommend the girls at silhouette enough! An absolute breath of fresh air being trained by like minded people in an ever changing industry. Such a warm welcome as soon as I stepped through the door by Gill and Mary! Couldn’t have felt more at home! I feel very confident on carrying out Advanced Cosmetic Procedures on clients when I return to the clinic! Absolutely delighted! I cannot express how amazing this company is. All of the staff are absolutely amazing and the service and support is second to none. I now have 5 off Silhouette’s machines and each and every one is a game changer. It has changed my business from a steady stream of clients to being fully booked for weeks with a waiting list in the summer months. I encountered a problem with one of the machines 11 months after having it. Gill in the office listened to me and replaced my machine with no quibbles. How many companies would do that? Gill is a fabulous member of staff. Linda and Becci the trainers are just incredible so helpful and knowledgeable. If your looking to bring electrical into your salon go with this amazing company and watch your business boom. Thanks so much to you all you really are the best x

I had the most amazing day’s training today with Linda. I’m in Ireland and couldn’t travel to the Uk, so I opted for the training to be done via Skype. I was a bit apprehensive about this, but I can say hand on heart that it was outstanding and I finished feeling 100% confident. Linda is so friendly, incredibly professional and answered every question I had (and believe me, I had lots) She’s a brilliant educator and it’s clear she’s very passionate. I’m honestly so delighted I chose Silhouette Dermalift! They are such a great company to deal with and are quick to reply to emails and answer any questions. I've recently upgraded my old non-surgical facelift machine to the Dermalift Microface Intense. The new system is fantastic, but to get the most out of it I attended a free training day with Nikki at Silhouette House. Nikki is a brilliant trainer; full of tips and tricks to get the best out of the system, but also how to advertise the treatments, recruit and keep clients, etc... I can't recommend Nikki's training highly enough, I left brimming with enthusiasm for my first client. Absolutely cannot wait to start showing my ladies the amazing results they will get! Now to save for my Silhouette IPL system.
