    went to shop on friday 12.15 and it was closed but sign on door say open 9 to 5 did phoned 3 times and told someone would phone me back but no one did very poor customer service i wonder do they want to sell scooters

    *Amazing customer service, the dealership experience Seat doesn't provide* Following a car knocking over my seat mo125 (a rebranded silence s01) whilst stationary, i wanted to get the bike and battery checked as a precaution. However due to a lack of diagnostic software, a 2 month wait list for any parts, a (later discovered) wrong diagnosis of a broken motor/swingarm, and a lack of tools to do any motor or battery work, Seat left me completely out of options to fix my bike and £99 poorer, and no shop in Manchester I called could help. As a last resort I used my breakdown cover to get the bike taken to Solihull and was immediately picked up by the excellent customer service of Sharon and the Silence team. Silence collected my bike from the nearest drop point my breakdown cover allowed and diagnosed the problem as faulty suspension quickly. Although Seat refused to do warranty work, in the time taken for my call to Seat, Sharon had already called Scutum (the overarching brand for both silence and seat) on her own and successfully claimed new suspension under warranty and fitted it within the hour. Then for the recovery again Seat provided no assistance or compensation for the misdiagnosis of motor damage, however Silence transported my bike back from Birmingham to Manchester free of charge (saving me a 2 charge journey that would have taken hours) and fitted a complimentary green numberplate to replace my broken one. When delivered the technician went through the work he had done in detail and even told me about some upgrades available such as a socket to charge without removing the battery allowing the use of public charge points. Silence talk of expanding up north and I wish them the best as they have provided the dealership experience i expected from a new vehicle from Seat whilst serving the customers of what are their sales rivals. I hope to use them as much as possible for servicing in the future. If you are considering buying a silence s01 or a seat mo125 motorbike, buy with silence as they have the knowhow and customer service to keep yours going.
