I went to this firm wanting some chrome work done on some classic car parts I was greeted by a guy called Luke who said he would put the job through on the side and off the books for a cheaper price, I got my parts back in a good quality finish, this lad did me a good cheap price and quality of finish, anyone looking to use this company I would advise you to ask for Luke as you won’t be disappointed with the price and quality thanks again Luke I’ve saved your number and will call you when I need anything in the future

First time i have used this company and it will be the last. Very disappointed with the end result of my motorcycle clutch casing that i asked to be de-chromed and polished. Got it back half polished as they said their polishing wheels were "industrial sized" and could not get into tight areas even though they specify motorcycle parts restoration on their website. The production manager said he had told me about this issue ,which he didn't, and the casing also has a rippled effect due to overheating with the buffing wheel. I expected more from this long established company and after paying £72 (they quoted £108 before i complained) i had to wait 3 weeks for it. I could (and will) do better with my home polishing kit. If I could have left no stars I would have,I should have paid that bit extra and got a professional service from a company that cares about their customers and the parts they receive, unfortunately I went with this company,who returned my parts bent,I sent them back twice at my expense, the last part the returned came back in two halves,broken, they said it couldn't be chromed as it was to fragile and may break,ironically they were the reason it was fragile in the first place.the parts having managed to survive from 1976 are now in a worse state then when I sent them.needless to say I wont be using this company again,and therefore cannot in any way recommend them.

I made a phone call to the company to ask about getting all the chrome redone on a car I am restoring, the man was polite enough but was only able to tell me to send an email to 'sales' with a picture and rough dimensions. I waited a week with no reply so I decided to call them again, this time a women spoke to me, again she was polite and told me the owner was off sick and that he would contact me in the next day or two. It has been a month since then with no reply.

Avoid at all costs regarding anodizing collected parts today from them after saying that they could do the job half of the stuff they couldent manage to do but the stuff they did do was horrible wrong shade of gold came out yellow and to say they were patchy is an understatement blotchy bits totally missed and when the bloke was showing me the parts he was tring his best to cover the rough parts with his hands , cannot believe the incompetence of a company that are meant to specialize in this sector Very unhappy customer
