Shockingly rude company. I called up to ask questions only to get hung up on twice, then got passed to a manager who proceeded to hang up on me again two more times. I would personally avoid using this company until they learn how to deal with people better. Edit: The company director has personally been in touch since this incident and is looking into the situation. I appreciate the personal touch and apology given which has lead me to improve my rating.
