I spoke to a gentleman on the phone, went through details of what work I needed doing alongside pricing. Confirmed everything and advised me to come in and get it done, 1 hour round trip, when I arrived the gentleman was in the kitchen making a cup of tea, I refreshed his memory and told him we spoke on the phone etc he then went on to say actually we can’t do the work?! I said I have just driven half an hour to get here now half hour back, you said you could do the work now your telling me when I get here that you can’t? Would a call back to me not have been easier instead of wasting my time? He then just stood there lost as a puppy, no compensation for fuel or time lost?! Absolute shambles of customer service, if this is how they do business good luck absolutely discusting!

From the first visit when Kevin arrived to measure the sign, he was able to give me advice on the type of sign and lots of other information. This knowledge and expertise from the first meeting was what impressed me the most. From there, it was very easy to work with Signs Now and their design team my ideas which came together quickly. When I eventually ordered it was very easy to book installation. The sign for my micro pub "The Bird Hide" in Attenborough is now up and getting lots of great comments! Very impressed with the service and the work from start to finish.
