    Always buy from this company for ink but be very careful I ordered twice on the same day and they charged me £19.99 however sent both items in the same package so would have expected to have been refunded for the overcharge of postage since it certainly didn’t even cost £9.99 let alone £19.99 for postage. I emailed them a couple of times and still haven’t heard back from them however are prompt to reply any other time.

    Initially things seemed great, JJ in sales was very attentive and always super quick to reply to emails with any questions I had regarding the best UV printer for me. I eventually settled on the c.£15,600 Roland LEF-i12 As soon as the money had changed hands and the printer set up in my office the customer service evaporated. I now wait days for a reply to emails, over a week for Roland to send an engineer (despite being told the warranty would be a 24-48hr callout). The machine certainly has not lived up to expectations. The ink usage is around double what was advertised (only Roland brand cartridges are available so costs add up pretty quickly!), and the printer developed a fault within around two months of use. The printer will randomly stop working midway through a print, without recognising itself that it has malfunctioned. It sticks on "processing" until the printer is restarted and the time, ink and material is wasted as the printer does not have the function to pick up where it left off. When the Roland engineer finally visited he replaced the motherboard on the printer, which turned out to be a faulty as well, that one didn't work at all so he ended up putting the original one back in the machine. I'm now stuck with a very expensive and practically brand new printer that just works intermittently. I'm so full of regret purchasing this really rubbish printer from Roland and Signmaster Systems. It's a real shame that the great and attentive service only exists up until the money changes hands, then it's radio silence.

    Terrible experience, excellent when things go right accusations and legal proceedings when things go wrong. I bought a machine from them, a Mimaki UCJV 300-160, and this machine is one of Mimaki’s high end machines. The pre sale was excellent, excellent service cant complain. infact everything started to fall apart when the issues started costing me money and they kept blaming the user and environment.
