Shame to add another bad review regarding the deposit. This agent is unfair and even during our family tragedy which forced us to leave the property through the most dire of circumstances they showed no support or compassion, taking money for a few crumbs when the house was professionally cleaned. All walls were fully repainted top to bottom and carpets professionally cleaned throughout. We have so many issues as this was a brand new build and we had to return it exactly as found after being lived in with a family of 4. They had no consideration for us losing a child and made us work tirelessly to get a new build back to ‘new’ again after over a year of living in. Poorly decorated with thin layers of paint to cover brand new plaster that was soft to touch and yet this not taken into account when we had to vacate. Instructed to keep painting until no touch ups were noticeable. There is a reason a whole row of housing under their management lost all their tenants less than 2 years of renting with them - escalating costs, unusable gardens due to flooding, poor management. They’re very friendly when taking your money at the start but then they show their true colours if help is needed and at the end when want to make any excuse for deductions. The manager Sarah is rude and has no compassion or support for tenants. Girls in the office were shocked at how we were being treated but the manager showed no care at all. Feeling very disappointed after doing all we did to return a house back to brand new.

When we moved into the house, we encountered many problems The children's room is always cold the radiator is inefficient. The rear room ceiling paint was flaky with yellow stains. The bathroom shower was not installed well،always fall upon useing. Also, the bathroom floor makes crack sounds when you step on, small debris come out. We've contacted them to fix the problem, but to no avail. The kitchen appliances have many trouble , the refrigerator build up a large amount of ice layers which spoils thr goods, The oven didn't work from the bottom. It was rusty and greasy. The kitchen cabinets lower shelves were ok but the top shelves are dusty and required cleaning , and I discovered that there were some tools such as a spoon, a straw, and a vanilla bottle The kitchen sink was leaking and fixed by us The rear garden was not mowed and unkempt. There were two old entrance matting hides worms and mould under. the shed door was open and hanging, with worn out roof. Some doors handles were loose, only one door handle was fixed by them . Despite standing all that issues, almost all the deposit ((1610 out of 1670£ ))was deducted. Yes, we burned a small spot of lounge carpet accidentally with an iron, for which they deduct 826£, But when we moved in it was rickety with many worn marks and it wasn’t clean, seems to be installed since the property has been built, so the burn did the job and was in their favour and was unavoidable.. In addition 786£ has been deducted for redecoration and cleaning! for what?? The house has been cleaned and kept in very good condition and the walls were also repainted before check out. We did not drill a single nail into the walls. Is it fair to repair what was damaged before the start of the tenancy at our expense? The bottom line is that we were treated unfairly at the end of tenancy and hope this review make sense..

Sorry to say that we’ve got huge amount deducted from deposit unfairly although we were very cooperative, on check out we’ve cleaned and repainted the walls, We took care of the house as if it were our own so for that the reward was 60 £ out of 1670 £ Thank you
