Would absolutely not recommend Signature MK at all, owner is extremely hostile and rude, we have experienced very similar to a lot of the negative reviews across multiple sites so it bodes the question, can the customer always be wrong like he likes to argue in his replies? *awaits hostile, rude, attempt to justify response* Took our car here after having a diagnostic done at a different garage who could not complete repairs on a hybrid car. Receptionist was quick to ask for a copy of said report which I gave over, after running their own diagnostic they didn’t see any fault (even though the fault appeared again when parking in their forecourt) I requested proof of their report to which they couldn’t give as it “showed nothing” and it costs them a lot of money each time they log on to look on the system or print anything. All I was requesting was proof the diagnostic had been done when I’m due to be paying £75 for that service.. I am unsure they ever bothered to do their own diagnostic in hindsight as this was such a simple request yet argued profusely about. The garage moaned and slated our warranty company before even looking at our car so I said I would deal with them, obviously I would need information from the garage to send to the warranty company of which I tried to obtain. Owner then refused to take on the job as it was too much hassle going through me and the warranty company, they left items off their original quote so it was not straight forward as it could have been. Long story short, after slating the service and moaning he didn’t have the time, he then wanted to deal with them.. be my guest. The owner extended his apologies to me and the job was back on. After reviewing the diagnostic report from previous garage, I wanted to check when the first instance of the fault happened wasn’t before we purchased car, so I simply asked for the current mileage of our car as a favour so I could work this out, this was nothing to do with the job, warranty or signature but again Barry threw his toys out the pram. Signature MK then advised that the part needed to fix our car is indefinitely on back order with Mercedes’.. so an alternative part was required needing warranty approval, we queried what the additional cost was going to be, so we as customers know what we need to pay and again owner has refused to do the work.. madness, all customers would want to know their bill before agreeing to any work irrespective of who would be paying the bill! I won’t even begin to quote the simply outrageous, disgusting, insulting and dam right rude email he has sent to the warranty company. Owner has now decided to contact said warranty company to say we had been rude which is why he is not doing the job, even they can see this is not true and have been extremely helpful. You should be ashamed of the way you speak to customers and conduct yourself on emails and instead of saying how busy you are, stop sending condescending and rude emails, learn some customer service and actually do the job your company portrays you can do.. I’m left feeling like your not very competent after all and would most definitely NOT recommend your garage or services! *awaits lengthily, argumentative response trying to justify our experience*

They kept me informed at every point and explained everything in detail. They didn’t didn’t overcharge or keep my vehicle unnecessarily. I’ll definitely use them again. Absolute 5 Star service, difficult fault too diagnose where other garages just were unable, we will be taking our business fleet vans and personal cars in the future, there outstanding knowledge and understanding of a critical repair, many thanks too michelle for lots of time sourcing parts direct from germany very time consuming and we are most grateful for all the efforts and the end results. This was my first and last experience with mk signature, I booked my car Peugeot 308 last week on phone for today so basically i had to wait for 1 week to get this booking , as my car was under RAC warranty they had to call rac after diagnose as they are said to be rac approved garage, as i had given car in the morning as soon as it was open , i called them in the afternoon to know about my car, the guy who received the call was very rude,def he was not receptionist,ok then i received a call at 16:30 about diagnostic done and now they will be calling RAC, then I received a call back again at 16:45 saying rac will be covering your fault charge parts and labour but you have to replace your battery which will cost you over £400 including diagnostic and RAC calling charge, so if someone quote you £400 would you just expect them to say ok go ahead, the lady on the phone was polite, but there was someone who was prompting her in middle of conversation which she was addressing him as her boss, even after me agreeing to go ahead with this price they denied to go ahead with the work just because i was getting more information about the cost, while i was asking for some breakdown, they rudely asked me to come down and get the car, so finally i paid £125 for diagnostic and RAC admin cost, still my car is in same condition. Worst experience in any garage ever. P.S i was polite during whole telephonic conversation . Services: Battery, Auto engine diagnostic
