Taking your deposit and listing the property again on the market just because the quarantor was on holiday and waited for his accountant to send a document that was needed. £ 300 lost as they are not giving full information to start with and cannot refund as "you signed for it". Disgusting and unprofessional. I will 100% avoid them.

They are simply the best.Very reliable,friendly, understanding and professional.We rented a flat through them and had a peaceful stay for 2 years. The flat was maintained in an excellent condition by the agency through regular inspections and pest control and other safety checks visits.From the day of viewing till we got back our deposit the agency has been so kind and helpful. They dealt with all our concerns promptly and in a very friendly manner. Overall we are very pleased with their services and would recommend them to all.. Absolute waste of time. If you value your time, I’d suggest you approach other reliable real estate agencies. Horrible service, they will promise you a whole lot but will not actually deliver their promises. “Response within few hours after offer is given out”. That’s what I was told but those few hours turned to weeks with no updates whatsoever even after the properties were taken up. I’ve had to chase them for more then 2 weeks just to know that the requirements of a certain property were not met and other properties being taken up.

My husband travelled from Milton Keynes to Watford , literally ran to be on time for the viewing at 11:30. Slot was fifteen minutes but when he asked the agent Louise at 11:40for a quick video call to family , she refused that her time is over and locked the house and left!! Is it professionally ethical? When we managed to travel for 2.5 hours to see the house than they should respect and give us the proper timewe habooked the slot.. Highly annoyed!
