During a recent visit to Signature at Esher, I had the opportunity to acquaint myself with the establishment. I was immensely impressed by the exceptional calibre evident in every facet of the residence. Serendipitously, I was present during a delightful entertainment event taking place on the lower level, the residents all seemed to be relishing the performances of an opera singer. The quality of the residents accommodation was a very high standard indeed, surpassing expectations.

Thank you so much to the staff of Signature at Esher for making yesterday, my mother's 100th birthday, such a memorable day, and thanks too for the photos. Please pass on my thanks to all the staff who helped to make yesterday such a great occasion, and also in particular to Claire who is often caring for my mother. I expect my mother will be quite tired today from all the excitement. I must admit that my wife and I are! It is always a difficult decision deciding that the time has come to place one's parent in a care home. Finding a good care home, adds to the dilemma, especially when doing so, is coupled with national lockdowns. Three years ago, during those dark and uncertain days of Covid, Joanna, as Client Liaison Manager, helped us enormously. I really believe that Signature at Esher is indeed outstanding in the quality of care that it provides, and it gives me considerable peace of mind to know that my mother is well looked after and cared for. Signature at Esher was undoubtedly an excellent choice.

This lovely home is so warm and friendly, staffed by highly competent, caring people who organise fun activities daily for their guests and do their utmost to ensure that everyone is included. The restaurant and cafe are great for visitors and residents alike and the rooms are cosy, modern and well kept. A truly thoughtful and nurturing environment.

Beautiful Home for the longer lived! I was given a tour of Signature at Esher & was really surprised at the warmth & feeling that all who work there, have for the people they take care of. So many activities to choose from & something for everyone. The overall quality that has gone into the rooms/suites is first class. The menu for the day looked amazing & the overall feeling was one of happiness. A lovely vibe! I was very impressed with the area devoted to dementia as this was something close to my heart. All here were, happy, safe & again a list of activities for those who wished to take part could get involved. I found the visit to be very uplifting.

My brother, sister and I were hugely impressed with the building, rooms, facilities and, more importantly the friendly caring staff at Signature Esher. From the minute we walked into the building there was a lovely, calm, happy atmosphere. Joanna the manager has been extremely helpful, answering emails, showing us around, answering questions, sensitive to our mother's needs and keeping in touch with us in our endeavour to find our mother a happy, safe, stimulating place for her to move to now our father has sadly passed away. I have been back twice since and each time feel as if it is the perfect place for our mother ........we loved the rooms, the cafe downstairs, the activities room, the garden, the dining room........in fact everything. It really does feel like a 5 star hotel with friendly, caring trained staff on hand.

I am lucky to work at Signature at Esher in an activities role after transferring from another Signature home. The atmosphere here is exceptional, everyone is very friendly and cheerful and we are all one big team helping one another in a positive way. The residents have fun in activities and the care they receive is exceptional. My new ideas for activities are always listened to and I always look forward to another day with my colleagues, friends and residents. Management are approachable and very friendly making Esher a wonderful place to work
