Where do I start? I went to the toilet to wash my hands however found there was no soap at all in the men’s toilets, went in the disabled toilet no soap in there either, told the staff and they wasn’t bothered meaning they probably haven’t washed their hands for hours, We ordered drinks and food, it was not very busy yesterday at 3pm. We waited and waited two members of staff at the bar one old woman and another, both just talking between themselves, after about 40 mins food arrived but no drinks I had to ask the wait staff and said we haven’t received our drinks yet. The drinks came about 5 minutes later after the food not how it should be done. we also ordered pudding and more drinks we waited another 45 mins for pudding and drinks, in all it took a family of four 2h30 to be served a two course meal. Not a good impression, my local one you’d have been in and out in 1h15, drinks come 5 mins after your order food is out in about 20 and it’s piping hot. Not like this place, my first and hopefully only visit to this hungry horse.

When there food was great and service, only that they had promoted for free drink for coronation, but when showed the email they said they said sorry we not doing it anymore.wrong advertising. Don't belive the promotion mind be cancelled.
