Unfortunately overall a very poor and unprofessional experience. Visited the store to try on a pair of Chanel shoes I’d seen online. Employee said she ‘couldn’t find’ the shoes, took my details and promised to email with an update. Never received an e-mail. I reached out again via WhatsApp and spoke to Molly who agreed to look into the availability of the shoes. Over a month later no response. Sadly I won’t be returning to this store.

This is a review of the selling experience, not shopping experience. Dropping off the items and getting them priced was simple enough, but from there the communication and process was absolutely horrendous. I never got a notification when something was sold, and had to chase them constantly when the end of the 6 month consignment window was up. I emailed several times for updates with no answer and every time I went into the store or called them everyone seemed to be confused about where my clothes were and when I could pick them up. I was finally told that they would ship the items back to me, but whenever I call the bag of my clothes is still there at the store and no one seems to know what's going on
