My parents paid £400k for a two bedroom semi in Plumpton Green. While the design of the development has been great and the Homes nice, their experience with Sigma has been poor. After paying a deposit to secure the house they sold their own home only for completion to be delayed six months. Communications around this was poor and last minute. Had they known build would be so late they could have held on in their own home, as it was they had to spend a small fortune on temporary rented accommodation. They were assured the house would be finished when they moved in but it turned out to be a building site. They have spent the last four months fighting tooth and nail to get various items finished

Have nothing but praise for this company as site team went out of their way to make their neighbours fully aware of all operations and did their upmost to minimise noise and disruption.

Worked for these guys, disgusting. Everything was bodged, site mangers had no idea, about anything when I first joined, ceilings were not insulated, walls weren't either, no vapour barrier, celotex gauged out for cables and even timber frame 75mm out of level. Avoid these at all costs. I'm ashamed to have worked for them.
