Did not do anything legal tax wise, now i am in debt with the HMRC and they are refusing to provide me with a copy of my P45. Bare in mind i left years ago and this is still going on because they are refusing to co-operate :) edit as per response*** Money i owe you from you over paying me (i left and was paid holiday i was entitled to ANYWAY!!! so i do not class this as overpayment if i was entitled to holidays i did not take) should be of no concern after you did not pay my taxes correctly and claimed i paid none to HMRC when my payslips say otherwise and i had it deducted from my wages, which has lead me into a debt with HMRC as per my payslips i was under the impression i had been paying tax. HMRC have also agreed and are now doing an investigation.

Absolute shambolic company to work for! The pay is disgusting, my managers managers are just rude, disrespectful and just overall appalling. There was this one woman who’s a manager on a different campaign to me and has NO authority over us yet comes over and starts having a go and moaning at us every single day for no reason; her attitude and behaviour was disgusting for a manager. Gossip on the office floor 24/7 especially rumours that I was going to be fired. Not only that the manager who “investigated” said the rumours are false when he works from home so he had no idea on what’s going on on the office floor. Just an awful company to work for please for the love of god AVOID.

Worst company in the WORLD. They pay is ridiculously low for what they expect us to do. The managers are rude and pick favourites especially one manager called Elizabeth she is the worst and so passive aggressive. Please avoid working here to save your mental health. Any good reviews here are fake and posted by the company. The real reviews are the bad ones because they are the truth. Why do you think they keep employing people? Because everyone keeps leaving. They have a mental health team that doesn’t even care for mental health. I could spend all day writing awful things about them but I don’t have time. Honestly they have audacity! To pay their employees so low and always talking about their stupid clients. You wouldn’t have any without your employees just remember that. They should be closed as a business entirely

I was offered a job assessment to attend at 5pm, ended up waiting 3 hours to join however, it's been over 2 weeks and no-one has responded to any of my calls or emails. The company will promptly direct you to HR but only use this as a way to indirectly avoid accountability as they know this too is a dead-end. If you are also looking to better your circumstances like myself avoid sigma connected; your time and effort are not even remotely a concern of theirs. -Edit: I was never contacted by the talent team like they claimed in their response to this.
