Excellent speedy service I checked out Sienna website after seeing them on Gardeners World. Since then I have bought a number of Hostas over the last couple of years, excellent healthy plants, all successfully planted and growing in beautiful pots in my courtyard. The team answer phone calls and email queries with speed and helpfulness. Highly recommended.

I ordered a hosta last week. I then received an email from Sienna hostas a few days later saying the hosta I chose was out of stock and to either pick another or I could get a refund, fair enough! Whilst I was re looking for another hosta I got another email from them saying my order was now dispatched! Thought they must have found one and sent it out. No email though saying this is what they've done or an apology for the mix up. So I waited for my hosta to be delivered but this morning I get another email saying they've cancelled my order!!!! I thought it had been dispatched?! Very poor communication from them, won't be reordering and will take my custom elsewhere and I'll be making sure I tell my friends and family not to bother with them either! Appalling service.
