I am in the process of ordering an kitchen soon for my house project. Order value approx 80k. I visited Siemans and decided to pop into Siematic for a quotation and expert advice. I was very disappointed the sales lady had no idea of the products and asked us to wait for 5 minutes for the lead designer to come. We waited 20 minutes then had to go and ask again. We were told he is not coming. Very appalling service , A smile and a greet is expected from any showroom especially upscale London Oxford Street area. wouldn't expect this from a Siematic dealer. An employee should have basic knowledge of the showroom and products. The lead designer then would hav expertise in designing.
