Such a lovely little place to spend some time. My young boys were enchanted by the model railway and the staff could not have been more friendly, putting the “Thomas” trains on the tracks, encouraging them to seek out the hidden knitted rabbits and letting us come and go through out the day as suited our car obsessed two year old! We also enjoyed seeing toys from our own childhood and travels (Noah’s ark from Malawi!) Well worth the money. Genuinely suitable for all ages.

You'll find memorabilia for Star Wars, Doctor Who and Sylvanian Families to name just a few, with popular toys, games and hobbies from all those decades past getting full representation. Kids will love it, and grown ups will almost certainly love it too - you are bound to find something forgotten from your childhood on show here. All in all its the perfect way to spend time in Sidmouth on a rainy day, and well worth the cost of admission.

Absolutely delightful. An overwhelmingly large display of toys, many of which bring back memories of one's own childhood. The owners have lovingly collected thousands of items, displayed them brilliantly and in addition restored the church where they are housed. Truly impressive

What a nice place to spend a few hours walking around a toy museum especially for someone in his early 70s. They have good displays over a wide range of toy's. Worth a visit for everyone of all ages.
