Call them never answered, tried through online to request an appointment, I got a message saying my message will be checked in 2/3 working days. Please avoid this GP

Honestly the worst doctors going. Ran out of mediation and no one is getting back to me. The place needs investigating after reading all the reviews.

I have been in agony for an entire year with no help from this surgery whatsoever. They kept sending me away with pain killers, diagnosing me for the wrong things because they couldn't be bothered to refer me to the right people for relevant tests. I finally went elsewhere and was sent for an emergency MRI and then immediately sent for surgery the following day. I have lost an entire year due to the lack of care from this surgery. Avoid it at all costs, they do not take care for their patients.

The waiting time just to get to the front desk is shocking. I don’t mean this rudely but you really need to get some staff who are quicker on the computer. I’ve been waiting here for 25 minutes just while someone at reception is looking for an appointment!

My Nan of 97 was unwell so the home contacted the so called Dr's for help. They refused to come out and said they would do a video call instead. Then never even bothered to do that. However, could get there quick another when going in to inject but they get more money for that. Absolutely disgusting excuse for a Dr let alone a human being. My Nan passed away a few days later.

Lovely staff! They moved quickly to pick up an ongoing health condition that I was unaware of that was caused by stress! I can't thank them enough!

Why are doctors not visiting care homes. Don't these people count. Absolutely disgusting. How can you possibly see what is wrong by talking to staff via video call. To keep using COVID as an excuse is appalling. NO, there is no covid in the home and you should be doing your job. Hospital staff are working

I don't think I've ever come across such a poorly-run practice. There seems to be a different department for every single process, and every issue is "not that department's job". Nothing is coordinated, to the point that I'm still awaiting blood test results from 2022. Despite a doctor telling me I needed this blood test to rule out a particular health issue, another doctor from the same practice said I was 'wasting my time' by getting a blood test. It's horrendous that two GPs from the same practice are providing completely contradictory advice. In a separate issue, even with a potential cancer scare, I was never seen in-person by the GP. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
