Tasty food let down by incredibly poor and slow service. I’ve eaten here many times before but sadly tonight was just awful. We were out to celebrate my father-in-law‘s 89th birthday - it took almost an hour before our food order was taken, and it took three hours to have a starter and a main course. We were starving by the time our starters were delivered and then it was over another hour before our main courses arrived. I even had to clear our table after our starters and go to the bar to ask for our water carafe to be refilled. No apology, no recognition, no offer of a drink, and the cheek to add a 10% service charge when they brought our bill. I like to support local businesses but I won’t go back to Sicily restaurant any time soon.

We had early dinner tonight and was amazing. Staff were so attentive and the food was outstanding. Restaurant is lovely and has a wonderful outside area we will definitely be back.

Stopped at this eatery whilst in the area and was pleasantly delighted to find some good quality Italian food. There was 6 of us and all of us were happy with our choices of antipasti and main. Calamari, garlic pizza, baked mushrooms as starters and fettuccine alle vongole, carbonara, risotto and linguine alla siciliana for main. Will be back.
