Cakes and customer service used to be good there. I have been a regular client for 10 years. I've tried to order a cake for next week for my son's birthday. Your website declined all my card payments for no reason (even though they are perfectly working bank cards), took the money off and then put it back in. And when I phoned to get a resolution (so basically to order the cake) the woman in the other side of the phone didn't even ask if I would like to continue to order the cake. All she had to say that those things sometimes happen. My advice is: fix your website and if the customer call with a website issue offer help/take order manually. Do not have the "computer says NO" approach
