I have come for acupuncture treatment on and off for several years now with Siân and found it very beneficial for my overall health and with specific problems which have cropped up due to the stresses of daily life. Most notably this year I have had treatment for flare ups of an acute arthritis affecting the joints in my hands. Having received steroid injections which offered limited relief I decided to try acupuncture. The residual swelling massively decreased and I regained more movement with reduced pain. I would, and do, highly recommend trying acupuncture.

I found Siân’s labour prep acupuncture incredibly relaxing and effective. Her kind, calm manner quashed my pre-labour anxiety and the acupuncture led to a smooth and quick labour, (no gas and air needed even). It was a great way to prepare for our new arrival and I would recommend to any expectant mothers. I was expecting pelvic pain in this pregnancy as I had experienced it in my first but I can honestly say I felt quite agile up to my due date - She’s a star!!
