Where do I even start…I’m so glad I found and booked Sian as I really couldn’t have got through the day without her and she was a fundamental part in making our day run smoothly and in making sure myself and my mum could switch off and enjoy the day. From the weeks running up and answering my many questions, providing me extremely useful advice, amending the schedule a gazillion times to running everything to perfection on the day, she was incredible.     Sian recently coordinated our village hall wedding as part of her on the day coordination service and we can’t thank her enough. We would highly recommend Sian if you’re planning a DIY wedding, looking back it was one of the best decisions we made! Sian doesn’t just coordinate on the day but 6 weeks out from the wedding she reaches out to all suppliers to introduce herself, coordinate timings and sends out the full day schedule. This was invaluable for us and really took away any added stress of trying to coordinate everything ourselves whilst working and trying to organise final things for the day. Sian was so easy to work with and was always at the end of the phone or an email if we had any questions. It was also great having her expertise and experience to help us with things we hadn’t thought about and any advice we needed. On our actual wedding day we could totally relax and just enjoy the day because we completely trusted Sian. From making sure everything was running to planned timings, to tweaking decorations, sorting out bouquets, coordinating music, turning on about 1000 battery tea lights, moving tables, welcoming suppliers and helping pin up my dress there was so much Sian did and I couldn’t imagine our day without her! Overall we had the best day ever and Sian played a big part in making that happen for us, thank you!! X

    Sian is a an absolute top-tier wedding planner and we cannot recommend her enough. We planned our wedding from thousands of miles away from the venue, rescheduled during COVID, and were at times slow at replying to emails. Sian excelled in spite of all of these challenges. Sian caught onto our taste very quickly and every recommendation for all vendors was phenomenal and perfectly aligned with what we wanted (this is saying a lot given we had quite a defined vision and were a bit particular!). Sian is exceptionally organized. She provided us with the structure and tools to keep tabs on everything going on throughout the whole planning process. This was extremely helpful as we could jump right back in after months away from wedding-related tasks. Sian cares deeply about her couples and is always willing to go the extra mile. She takes time out of her schedule to do site visits and she builds respectful and trusting relationships with vendors, which helps to create a very amicable and collaborative atmosphere on the day. Sian made the wedding day feel absolutely effortless for us. In the midst of being stressed and overwhelmed on your big day, Sian is a calming, organized, level-headed, and caring presence that makes you know everything will be okay. Any small problems which arose on our wedding day were taken care of by Sian, swiftly and quietly (we never even realized they occurred). I wish I could have Sian plan every event for the rest of my life!

    My wife and I would very highly recommend Sian Chaplin as a wedding planner. We live in Dubai and asked Sian to help us plan our outdoor wedding 3 years ago as it would be difficult to do it from such a distance. Then of course covid hit. Our wedding was cancelled for two consecutive years. However, Sian remained in contact throughout keeping us informed and updated regularly of how things were progressing. She clearly loves her job and is very highly organised. Very long story short, we have finally had our wedding and it could not have gone any smoother. Sian clearly understood exactly the setting and style we wanted and absolutely nailed the organisation of everyone and everything on the day. We can’t thank her enough.

    We booked Sian for on the day coordination for our marquee wedding as our ‘venue’ was a blank canvas (a field) and we felt completely overwhelmed. Although listed as on the day coordination, Sian does so much more than this. She officially gets involved 6 weeks prior to your event to coordinate all suppliers and timings as well as anything else you feel out of your depth with - power requirements, general running of the day, logistics! However should you have any questions at all at any stage before your wedding, you can expect a super prompt, helpful and kind response from Sian any time of day and any time of the week. It was also invaluable having someone who knew this inside out and was armed with a list of things to check with us that we hadn’t necessarily thought of. She also carried out a site visit and was present for the day before the wedding to set up as well. On the day itself Sian was a god send, from helping to decorate the marquee, to running to my mums house to collect things, to obviously having a safety pin (as well as as a boot full of what-if wedding essentials just in case) when my sisters dress needed rescuing. The whole day was seamless but this definitely wasn’t just down to chance and we’re sure there was a lot of running around behind the scenes. Aside from being amazing professionally, Sian is completely lovely to work with and we had numerous guests come up to us to say how kind and helpful she had been. Would completely recommend to anyone planning an outdoor wedding or any other event for that matter. Thank you SO much Sian! Xxx

    After we postponed our wedding a year due to covid, I felt a little overwhelmed by resuming our planning and so reached out to Sian for her on the day coordination and some additional help in terms of childcare for our daughter aged nearly 2 on the later evening. Sian was brilliant coordinating the suppliers, it was a blank canvas venue and so we had numerous suppliers to link in with. Sian helped with last minute plans, picked up our props for the day and coordinated the set up.
