    Had these sharks take over from another managing agent half way through a lease I had on some property above shops. Absolutely extortionate fees when coming to exit and the Dilapidation report and so called costings were out of this world. IF YOU SEE THIS COMPANY AND YOUR ABOUT TO SIGN A LEASE THAT INVOLVES THIS OUTFIT AS AGENTS BE PREPARED TO GET FLEECED ON EXIT…..YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!
