Worst company to deal with. The installer who is allegedly the owner is rude, abnoxious and would not recommend his company. He attended my house to fix the shutters on recommendation worst mistake. He was shouting at me when talking and had the audacity to say he is a big guy hence shouty. When challenged on attitude and tone of voice he was apologetic and stated he was defensive. He lacks etiquette and finesse. Shutters are shutters once fitted and would rather have a good hearted person and not rude doing the job. Worst company ever. Don't deserve the one star, however, will not let me post without starring. And yes the job was completed, however, can't open one of the windows. I have no access for key. And more so all I did was ask to pay later and explained my situation at the time. I did not deserve to be shouted at I had paid you half the money and asked you to do the job on recommendation so I was definitely going to pay you. I. I had the work place ready for you as I was keen for you do the job and complete it. I would have cancelled the job from the get go if I did not want you to do the job.

Shttertec came recommended, Installation was complete shambles with the installer peter being very rude, impolite and would not recommend him. he had the audacity to claim he is loud and obnoxious tone because he is a big guy. He came recommended and hence I am doubting the reviews here. Next time I will hire a kind hearted, business astute being and polite to do the rest of my shutters. never again cheerio
